The Process Flow & Duration Estimation

Step 3: Pre-production Sample Creation (3-5 days)
A sample representing the final product is produced. This sample is sent to the customer for approval to ensure it meets all specifications and expectations.
Step 4: Bulk Manufacturing (15-18 days)
Upon sample approval, indicating no issues with the sample’s quality and design. We would go ahead for the bulk order production.
Step 5: Quality Assurance & Shipping (7-10 days)
Completed products undergo a thorough quality inspection. Products that meet our high standards are then packaged securely and shipped to the customer, adhering to agreed timelines.
